Our standard order processing time is generally 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit time is 20–45 days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Transit times may vary because of destination, carrier operations, customs processing, weather, or other transportation circumstances.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal greater than US$30 qualify for free standard shipping, subject to the conditions shown at checkout.

For tracking assistance, contact dustydoucath18@outlook.com with your order number. If a package is confirmed lost, we will review the shipment and provide an appropriate resolution under our Shipping Policy and applicable law.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We offer a 30-day return period beginning on the delivery date, with free returns for eligible requests made in accordance with our return instructions.

Approved refunds are generally submitted within 3–7 business days after approval. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the funds.
